Functional Testing

Automated functional testing is carried out at critical stages of the packaging and assembly processes to ensure a 100% operational product. The functional testing approach requires our factories to commit extensive resources to achieve our QA goal, but it is extremely rewarding in bringing customer's satisfaction.

Product Reliability and Failure Analyses

Our factories are equipped with Real-Time X-Ray Inspection Systems for failure analyses of Multi-Layer Printed Circuit Boards. 

Eliminating Electro Static Discharge (ESD)

Our quality team has designed an internal ESD program that provides a safe work environment for ESD sensitive components.  Our ESD safe work environment includes;

•         Internal auditing

•         Conductive flooring

•         Grounded workstations

•         Employee wrist straps, and ESD safe smocks.

Close collaboration with the Customers

We work very closely with our customers to master the specific processes required in the packaging and assembly of each product. Any issues brought up from our own internal testing program will be immediately discussed with the customers for satisfactory solutions. With a constant feedback loop, major issues will be averted or resolved speedily.
